I love travel. It's quite literally my favorite thing to do. That's why it's also a big part of my YouTube channel. My travel videos are split into several categories:
A trip report documents the process of getting from point A to point B. This involves travel by any means, whether it's by road, rail, or air. However, the majority of my trip report videos feature air travel. I believe in showing the FULL travel process... everything from when I get out of bed in the morning until I arrive at my destination. This attention to detail what makes my trip reports truly unique. They even include hotel stays, the drive to the airport, and much more. They're my favorite videos to make, so I put a lot of effort into producing them.
I'm pretty knowledgable about the air travel industry--you might call me an airline nerd. I love the experience of flying, so I've actually created a log of all the airlines and aircraft I can remember flying on.
Some highlights over the years:
Traveling from St. Louis to New York by single-engine prop plane and Amtrak. My favorite video I've ever produced.
St. Louis to Burbank, CA, including footage from a friend flying from New York.
Columbia, MO to Chicago. A short flight turned interesting (and long) due to weather delays.
And many, many more. Including new ones being posted every month or two. Check the playlist on my channel!
One of the most fun parts of traveling is finding a place to stay. I've been able to document some pretty amazing hotels and rental properties. I've also stayed at some properties that are, well... interesting. And some that are REALLY interesting. There's a lot of variety.
During my reviews and tours, I try to use my knowledge of the hospitality industry and my years of travel experience to provide an insightful review of the property. Of course, I also try to balance that out with some humor. Be sure to check out the playlist.
