Car Washes

I like to call it "the world's cleanest car".  That's because lately it's been getting washed about every two weeks, and sometimes more!  My old 2000 Toyota Avalon has been through almost 100 car washes in the last few years; nearly all of which have been captured on camera for you to enjoy.

Unexpected Success

Like most things on my YouTube channel, car wash videos started out as an experiment.  Back when I was much younger, I remember how much fun I had when my mom took me through the car wash.  After finding success with elevators on YouTube, I had a strange idea one afternoon as I waited in line to go through the car wash.  "What if I tried filming this, too?"  I did, and I uploaded it.  Several months went by, and I noticed a strange trend: It was getting views, and a lot of them!  I decided to film another, and another... and now car wash videos have become a regular occurrence on my channel.  The success of these videos has stunned me--they're by far the most successful videos I've ever filmed.  Many are well into 6-digit territory in terms of views.  And the most surprising thing?  I'm having lots of fun filming them!  I find myself looking for unique car washes anywhere I go now.  I guess you could say that it's turned into another hobby.  Who would have guessed that something I enjoyed doing so long ago would come back and be a part of my life again?
